Paige Lepp, FNP-BC, FPA

Founder & Medical Director

Paige Lepp is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of combined experience in dermatology and emergency medicine. Her expertise spans both medical and cosmetic dermatology, and her clinical intuition is matched by her deep empathy for patients’ needs.

Before founding On the Spot Dermatology, Paige spent eight years at a family dermatology office where she recognized a missing piece in the field: accessible, high-quality dermatology for less complex concerns. She envisioned a space where patients could get expert care without waiting weeks for an appointment — and thus, On the Spot Dermatology was born.

Paige completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington and earned her Master’s in Nursing from North Park University. She is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

When she’s not seeing patients, Paige enjoys family life with her husband and three children in Northbrook, IL. She’s passionate about fitness, home design, and helping others feel their best — inside and out.

Erin Bruce, FNP-C

Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

With over 20 years in healthcare and a background in emergency medicine, Erin Bruce brings a steady hand, a sharp eye, and a compassionate spirit to every patient encounter. Board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Erin is passionate about both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with advanced training in Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, and dermal fillers.

Erin’s approach is all about collaboration — she listens deeply to her patients’ concerns and crafts thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that feel natural, empowering, and safe. Her love of dermatology is driven by the joy she sees in patients who regain confidence through beautiful skin.

Outside the office, Erin enjoys life with her husband, two children, and two pups. She stays current by attending national trainings and continuing education, and she brings that dedication to excellence into every treatment she performs.

Amanda Martens is a Licensed Medical Esthetician with over five years of experience and a genuine passion for skin wellness. Known for her calming presence and personalized touch, Amanda specializes in acne, aging skin, scarring, and teen facials — helping clients of all ages build confidence through radiant, healthy skin.

Amanda views every appointment as a relationship, not just a service. Whether she’s performing a signature glow facial or educating clients on the best at-home routine, her goal is always to connect, uplift, and empower.

She’s a proud mom of two and a lifelong skincare enthusiast. When not at the office, Amanda enjoys family time, socializing, and staying ahead of the latest trends in aesthetic treatments.
